Stephen Dent is the President of Dent Inc., an invest banking firm based in Greenwich, Connecticut. He has many responsibilities at that firm, including that of primary overseer of Dent Inc. He received his BA and MBA from Harvard University, so he’s no slouch in either business or academics. He also has a lifelong hobby of studying marine life, which he still occasionally indulges in.

Stephen G. Dent is an investment banker and is currently the president of Dent Inc., an investment banking firm located in Greenwich, CT. In addition to his duties as president, Stephen manages all of the company’s investment activities.

Prior to starting Dent Inc., Stephen spent most of his business career working on various finance and investment projects for a number of high-profile companies. Since 1982, Stephen has been exclusively involved in the areas of finance, investments and acquisitions.

His career kicked into high gear when he took a position with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked for three-years before he joined the Mergers and Acquisitions Department for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. Subsequently, Mr. Dent found employment with the private investment partnership, Rosenkranz & Company, where he specialized in acquisitions for the firm’s own account. In 1986, Stephen left to form his own company, Dent Inc.

In addition to being a licensed CPA, Stephen holds a BA and MBA from Harvard University. When he’s not working in the high-stakes world of finance and investments, Stephen enjoys indulging his lifelong hobby of marine life.
